Happy Presidents' Day!

SKILL:
Squat Clean
4 x 4 @ 70%

WOD:
5 minutes - row for calories
4 minutes - double unders
3 minutes - burpees
2 minutes - push press (35/45)
1 minute - hand release push-ups

No breaks between exercises.  Record total.

STRENGTH:
Snatch Work @ 65% of 1RM
Complete 2 rounds:
5 Power Snatch
5 OHS
5 Heaving Snatch Balance
5 Snatch

Then, complete 5 heavy singles
