100 Sit-ups
60 KBS (1/1.5 pd)
100m OH lunge (with 15/35# plate)
100m OH carry (with same plate)

STRENGTH:
Front Squat 85%
1 on the minute for 8 minutes
(pause for 3 Mississippi count at bottom)
