WOD:
(adapted from last weekend's Garage Games WOD, so everyone can try it!)
15 KB Thrusters (1/1.5 pd per hand)
30 Toe to Bar
30 Box Jump (20/24)
15 Chest to Bar pull-ups
30 DU
15 Clean (95/135#)
30 Burpees
15 Stationary OH Lunge (25/45# plate)

STRENGTH:
Front Squat
EMOM for 8 min
3 @ 85%
