Back Squat
5 x 3 @80%

WOD:
20 Minute Partner AMRAP
1 partner rows 2 min, while other partner completes AMRAP of:
Round 1) Box Jump
Round 2) KBS (1/1.5 pd)
Round 3) Power Clean (95/135#)
Round 4) Air Squat
Round 5) Sit-up

Switch every two minutes.  Score is total calories plus total reps

STRENGTH:
3 rounds: 
AMRAP BW Bench Press
10 HSPU
10 Weighted Pull-up
Rest 30 sec b/w events and 3 min b/w rounds
