SKILL:
1RM Overhead Squat

WOD:
Run the 1mile course.
At the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1200m, 1400m, and 1500m marks, complete 7 burpees and 14 lunges in place.

STRENGTH:
Work to 1RM of the complex:
Power Clean, Hang Squat Clean, Jerk
