WOD:
With a partner, complete the following sequence two times:
Partner A runs 400m while Partner B rows for calories
Partner A completes 10 Deadlift (225/315#) while Partner B does AMRAP Wall Balls (14/20# to 10')
Partner B runs 400m while Partner A rows for calories
Partner B completes 10 DL while Partner A does AMRAP Wall Balls
