WOD:
With a partner, complete:
2000m Row
AMRAP Burpees
3 mile AirDyne
AMRAP DB Snatch (35/50#)

One partner rows/rides while other completes burpees/DB snatch.  Each partner must row 1000m and ride 1.5 miles.

STRENGTH:
Work to 1RM of the complex:
Power snatch, Hang squat snatch
