With a partner:
Partner 1 do 1 TGU (1/ 1.5 pd) and lunge across gym.  Do another TGU at opposite wall and lunge back to partner.  Partner 2 do AMRAP push-ups while Partner 1 is lunging away and AMRAP flutter kicks while Partner 1 is lunging back.  Switch.  Continue until each partner has completed 10 TGUs (5 laps)

Work to 1RM of the complex:
Power snatch, Squat snatch, OHS
