WOD:

Using 85-90% of your 1RM Snatch weight:
1 Power snatch
1 Squat snatch
1 Power clean
1 Squat Clean
3 Push Jerk

ACCESSORY WORK:
Pull-ups for speed:
3 x 10 with 15 sec rest

Chest to bar pull-ups for speed
5 x 5 with 15 sec rest
