"Dirty 30"
WOD begins and ends with 15 Pull-ups and a 400m Run
3 Rounds:
10 OH Summit the Box (25/35# plate on 20/24" box)
10 Thrusters (65/95#)
10 Burpee Toe to Bar
10 Squat clean (65/95#)

*all sets must be completed UB for Rx

ACCESSORY WORK:
EMOM for 7 minutes, 2 Deadlift @85%
