10 minutes work on HS shoulder taps
If already proficient, work on HS shoulder taps without wall support

WOD:
3 rounds:
15 Power cleans (95/135#)
24 DB Power Snatch (35/50#)
24 1-arm OH lunge (with same DB)
15 Toe to bar

ACCESSORY WORK:
EMOM for 8 minutes: 3 Back squat
