SKILL:
15 minutes rope climb work
If already proficient, work muscle-ups instead (this is the coach's decision!)

WOD:
4 rounds:
10 Clean and Jerk (95/135#)
Rest 1/2 of round time between rounds

Then: EMOM for 5-10 minutes: 1 Rope Climb or Muscle Up

ACCESSORY WORK:
OHS (from ground)
5 - 5 - 3 - 3 - 1
