WOD:
CrossFit Open WOD 13.5
AMRAP in 4 minutes of:
15 Thruster (65/95#)
15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

If 90 reps are completed in 4 minutes, continue for another 4 minutes, etc...
If 90 reps are NOT completed in the first 4 minutes, rest 2 minutes and repeat

SKILL:
Ring Dips
3 x 10

ACCESSORY WORK:
4 x 500m Row with equal rest
