Bring a Friend Day!

100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Air squats

Visitors will learn the movements with a coach and complete a scaled and/or modified version of the workout.  Afterwards, we'll hang out and enjoy some light snacks!
