SKILL:

Back Squat (from rack)
5 - 5 - 3 - 3 - 1 

WOD:
6 rounds:
30 DU
10 KBS (1/1.5 pd)
5 Burpee
1 minute rest

Double Under modification:
Odd Rounds (1, 3, and 5) complete 60 singles.
Even Rounds (2, 4, and 6) complete 15 attempts.

If you can do DUs but struggle to get them consistently, then you should do DUs for 2 minutes each round.  See how close to 30 you can get!
