(if already proficient at rope climbs, work strict muscle ups)

4 x 10 Clean and Jerk @ "Grace" weight
1:1 work:rest ratio

Last 5 minutes:  EMOM, complete 2 Rope Climbs or Muscle-ups (scale to 1 if needed)
