Front Squat
15 minutes to work to a heavy single with 3 second hold
Try to get 7-10 good single squats as you work up to heavy weight


4 rounds:
15 Power Clean (75/115#)
20 Wall Ball (14/20# to 10')
15 Burpee
1 minute rest
