"A big guy in a fitness space tailored for the little guys, I make do by lifting heavy, hard, and fast while running slow and skipping the handstand push-ups. While I think CrossFit has its drawbacks I love that it brings people to the barbell to share the pursuit of improvement though dedication, failure, and resilience."
