Yes, you can do CrossFit!

Our fundamentals program is designed to teach all the standard CrossFit moves that you will need in order to complete CrossFit workouts.  During this 4-day program, you will receive instruction from a caring coach who wants to see you succeed! Fundamentals classes begin on the first and third Monday of the month. Contact us to schedule your class!

There is no reason to be scared. Yes, you will sweat.  Yes, you will be sore.  Yes, we will ask you to do things you may have never done before. And yes, you CAN do CrossFit!
